Happy Monday! 

We are looking forward to Time Trials tomorrow! Please arrive at 4:45pm and get excited for a fun evening of fun and swimming! Please read this entire to email, so you can be prepared for how things will operate. We plan to start the meet around 5:45pm. 

SwimTopia 

Please make sure you have declared for the meet on SwimTopia. If you do not your child may not swim. 

Volunteers 

Please see me (Carter) at the table located outside of the back check-in for volunteering. We are in need to two timers and announcer for tomorrow. We cannot start the meet without these positions filled. Please sign-up in SwimTopia, if you can help. All volunteers should arrive by 5:30pm.

Seating 

All swimmers and parents will be seated on the outdoor pool deck. Swimmers in the 6 & Under, 7 & 8, and 9 & 10 age groups will have areas on the deck where they will sit together. Kid pushers who volunteered to help these groups will sit with them. No chairs are permitted on the indoor pool deck. Please bring tents, to help provide shade for the kids.

Food 

The snack bar will be open for food until the outdoor pool closes. 

Outdoor Pool 

Gators swimmers are not permitted to swim in the outdoor pool during the meet.
