Good Afternoon, Gators Families,

We are looking forward to first meet against Brier Creek. Please make sure child is at the pool at 4:45pm. If you are volunteering, please make sure you are there by 5:30pm. A couple reminders/pieces of information about the meet. 

Parking 

The lower parking lot (by the indoor pool) will be blocked off for the opposing team. If our parking lot is full when you arrive, please either park on the street, at the park, or at the bank. 

Meet Arrival 

All swimmers and families need to enter at the back gate. Due to the high volume of people arriving at once, coolers will not be permitted. After swimmers check-in, swimmers need to prepare for warm-ups. We are also in need of tents, so please bring one if you can. 

Theme Night 

The theme for this week’s meet is Hawaiian! All swimmers will receive a lei when they arrive. Swimmers and families are also encouraged to wear any Hawaiian shirts or the Hawaiian gear to the meet. 

Pre-Meet Prep 

Please write your child’s name and their age group on the back of their shoulder. This helps timers identify they have the correct child. 

Concessions 

The concession stand will open during the meet.

The heat sheet for tomorrow night’s meet is attached. Please understand this is a draft and is subject to change. If plans change and your child is no longer able to attend, please email me ([email protected]) as soon as possible. We are looking forward to a great meet!
