Good Afternoon,

We are looking forward to our meet at Seven Oaks (2500 Howard Road, Raleigh, NC 27615). All swimmers should be at Seven Oaks by 5:15pm tomorrow. All volunteers should be at Seven Oaks by 5:30pm tomorrow. 

When you arrive at Seven Oaks, we will be swimming in the lower pool. They will have snack bar with hamburgers, hot dogs, and other snacks for sale.

Since the meet is away, the following positions are no longer needed:

• Announcer
• Starter
• Recorder

We are in need of timers and a ribbon hander, if you are able to assist. 

I have attached the heat sheet for tomorrow evening. This is still subject to change.
