We are in need of multiple volunteers for the meet this evening:

• Meet Administrator
• Assistant Clerk of Course
• Order of Finish Judge
• Ribbon Distributor
• Timer
• Runner (2)

In the future, if you change your job 24 hours before the start of the meet, please email me. Some jobs are more essential than others in for the meet to happen. For example, while it's nice to have two kid pushers in each age group, we can complete the task with one. However, some positions, such as Order of Finish Judge are essential to the operation of the meet. On Monday evening, I go through the sign-up, assess our needs, and email out what is needed. It becomes challenging to ensure we are ready if our needs shift the next day. If we do not get the above positions filled, we will not be able to start the meet. If you are able to help, it would be greatly appreciated!
