Gators Starts Tuesday!

Good Morning,

We are looking forward to the start of Gators on Tuesday! As a reminder 11 & up swimmers will practice from 4-5pm and 10 & under swimmers will practice from 5-6pm. All swimmers should plan to meet outside by the big umbrella for the start of each Gators practice for the next week. Swimmers should bring a bathing suit, goggles, and a towel.

A reminder that at 5pm on Wednesday, May 29th, we will have a parent meeting going over logistics for the season. This will take place under the lazy river cabana.

A couple of common questions I have received over the past couple of days:

How do I make sure both parents are receiving emails? This was the first email that will be sent through SwimTopia (now) and Granite Falls Club Automation (later this afternoon). Starting next week, we will only communicate via SwimTopia, our Gators team management system. Please make sure both parents have an account in SwimTopia to be included on the email list. Club Automation, where we have been sending emails until everyone is enrolled in SwimTopia, does not allow us to send emails to both parents.

How do I enroll in SwimTopia for my child/me? Use this link to enroll in SwimTopia: https://granitefalls.swimtopia.com/private/qdn4vcn. From here you can create an account for both you and your child. Please make sure that you re-register for this season. Your account from last year does not re-activate unless you re-enroll.

How do I sign up for Meets and Volunteer Positions? Click this link (https://granitefalls.swimtopia.com/swim_meets) to view our schedule. On each meet there is "Job Signup" and "Meet Declaration." Click each one declare and sign-up. You can also click each one to change your sign-up.

When will we get T-shirts and caps? Pending their arrival, we plan to distribute t-shirts and caps at Time Trials on June 4th.

Is it too late to join? No! We are still enrolling swimmers, please reach out to me if you need the link. If you have any other questions, please let me know!

Best,

Carter Page
