Time Trials
Good Morning!
I hope everyone had a great weekend! This morning, I have gone through registrations and created SwimTopia accounts for those were missing accounts. Please be sure to log-in (using the email you are receiving this email from) to log-in. I have also sent password reset instructions to most of the new accounts I created today, so you can set your account up.
Time Trials: Tomorrow is Time Trials! The coaches have placed all swimmers in this meet, unless a parent indicated that their child will not be in attendance. Swimmers should be at the pool by 4:45pm for warm-ups starting at 5pm. Volunteers should arrive by 5pm to be checked in. For all future meets, you must go into SwimTopia and declare your child as swimming before 11:59pm on Saturday. If not, your child will not swim. Registration for all future meets is open in SwimTopia.
T-Shirts: T-shirts will be distributed tomorrow at Time Trials. We are need of 3 parents to help distribute these. This will count as one of your volunteer credits. If you are able to help, please let me know and I will add you to the sign-up.
Tomorrow during Time Trials, the Shark Shack will be open selling concessions and the Watering Hole will be open for parents. Please be advised that no food or alcoholic beverages are allowed on the indoor pool deck.
