Good Afternoon,

We are looking forward to our meet at Wood Valley on Tuesday. Please remember to declare your child in SwimTopia before 11:59pm tonight to make sure your child swims in the meet. Additionally, we are in need of three timers, an order of finish judge, two kid pushers, and two assistant clerk of courses. Please sign-up in SwimTopia if you are able to help.

Here is some information from Wood Valley (10316 Boxelder Drive, Raleigh, NC 27613) about the meet:

PARKING: The right side of our parking lot is for our team, and there is also parking available along Boxelder Drive. If you have to park on Boxelder Drive, all 4 tires need to be off the road by law. This is to allow emergency vehicles like fire trucks and ambulances the ability to get up and down the road in an emergency. 

POOL DECK: As you enter the pool gate, the Gators will set up on the far side of the pool deck (opposite the starting blocks). 

CONCESSIONS: Wood Valley will have hamburgers and hot dogs for sale, as well as chips, drinks, and popsicles. CREDIT CARDS/DEBIT CARDS ONLY (no cash and no American Express). 

REMINDERS: 

--Parents/spectators are not permitted behind the starting blocks, unless the parent is a volunteer. 

--Parents/spectators/volunteers should not take pictures or videos from behind the blocks. 

--Parents/spectators/volunteers should not assist swimmers with getting in or out of the pool during the swim meet.
