Good Morning!

We are looking forward to our last meet of the season at Bedford (10630 Bedfordtown Drive, Raleigh, NC 27614). All swimmers and volunteers should arrive at Bedford at 5:15pm. We have LOTS of volunteer postions that need filled. Please signp-up on SwimTopia if you are able to help.

FOOD: Tomorrow at the meet Bedford will have a CARD ONLY Snack Bar open as well as a Umami (Sushi/Japanese) and Jam (Ice Cream) Food Trucks.

PARENT RELAY: Bedford is interested in doing a parent relay. All you have to swim is a 25 freestyle! If you are interested, please email me. It will be after breaststroke.
