Good Morning, Gators Families, 

We are looking forward to Time Trials tomorrow! Doors to the club will open at 9:15am. The open doors will be the ones on the indoor pool deck down the stairs. Swimmers will be staged outside under the blue cabana next to the snack bar. Anyone volunteering should see me outside to check in. Please take a moment to review our parent packet here going over the instructions of each role, so you are prepared for the role you are doing. A couple of things to take into account in preparation for this meet:

1. No food is allowed on the indoor pool deck.
2. The rest of the club will be closed. Swimmers should be on the outdoor pool deck and indoor pool deck only.
3. Please clean-up all areas outside after you are done.
4. Since the club is not open, concessions will not be open.
5. If the meet ends before 12pm (we expect this to occur), you must leave the club and return when it opens at noon.

The heat sheet is attached. At this point, we will not be making any changes. If your child is registered and you are not coming, do not worry about it! We will simply leave the lane empty, we just want to make easy so each swimmer and parent knows where their child is swimming today to make it easier for everyone tomorrow. We are looking forward to a fun morning!
