Happy Monday, Gators Families, 

We are looking forward to our meet tomorrow, a couple reminders/new pieces of information: 

Home Meet Logistics: All Gators swimmers and families should enter through the back gate. Swimmers should arrive at 4:45pm and be ready for warm-ups at 5pm. Volunteers should be at the pool no later than 5:20pm. The front entrance will be closed to Gators families in order to allow other members to enjoy the club. The outdoor pools will be open, but Gators swimmers are not permitted to enter the pool. The Gators will sit in the cabana next to snack bar while the opposing team will sit near the big umbrella. A reminder that the pool deck will be a free-flowing place. Families should enter the pool deck, watch their child swim and then leave to allow others to watch the meet. No food or drink is permitted on the indoor pool deck. However, concessions will be open during the meet. We just ask that food stays on the outdoor pool deck. 

Kid Catchers: We have decided that we will be eliminating older swimmers as kid catchers. Starting this week, only coaches and swimmers that help during 6 & Under practices will be in the water during the meet. This is to allow swimmers to familiarity with who is at the end of their lane. If you swimmer is interested in helping out during practice, please email [email protected]. Out of safety concerns, we do ask that all interested helpers be at least 13 years old. 

Jobs: We are in need of the following positions for the meet:

• Announcer
• 9 & 10 Boys Kid Pusher
• Runner (need an additional runner for home meets)
• Hospitality

Caps: Caps are expected to arrive tomorrow and will be passed out at the meet.The heat sheet will be sent out tomorrow. A reminder that all practices will be in the indoor pool from now on.
